Returns
We know you will love our products. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order (brand new and unused) within 100 days. Please note original shipping fee and shipping protection are not refundable.
Please email questions@miamily.com with your order number to initiate the return process. All returns must be brand new and unused, and must include original retail packaging, all accessories and user manual. If you are returning a luggage, the TSA lock code needs to be 000. If the product has been used, a refund will not be issued. If the returned item is not packaged accordingly, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method.
You will be provided with a prepaid return label and a $35 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will not refund products that have been used. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. It can take up to 7 days for credit to show up on your credit card.
