How are MiaMily rewards earned, and do they expire?
When you install your wallet pass for the first time, you'll receive $30 MiaMily Rewards to use on your next purchase. Then you earn 5% in MiaMily Rewards for every purchase. The Rewards never expire. MiaMily Rewards should update on your wallet pass within 2 hours of purchase. If you balance didn't update within 24 hours, please contact questions@miamily.com
How can I use my MiaMily rewards?
You can redeem your MiaMily Rewards from your MiaMily Wallet Pass as gift card and can be applied directly to purchases at check out. To use your reward, open your MiaMily Wallet Pass and navigate to Pass Details (...). Tap "Redeem Blaance to apply reward to your mobile cart, or copy and paste the code found below "Enter Code at Checkout". There are a min of $100 order amount required to redeem your MiaMily Rewards.
If your purchase exeeds your MiaMily Rewards, the remaining balance will be charged to your preferred payment method. If your MiaMily Rewards exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining MiaMily Rewards will be saved for future use.
Do you also have a referal program?
Yes, you can refer a friend by having them scan the QR code on your Wallet Pass or by taping "Tap to Refer" in the "Pass Details". When your friend activiates their Wallet Pass and makes their first purchase, they will receive $30 in MiaMily Rewards to use on their first purchase and you will receive $30 MiaMily Rewards once they have made their purchase.
