We know you will love our products. However, if you are unsatisfied you may return the item for a full 100% product refund within 60 days of receiving the order, and you will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For US returns, please email questions@miamily.com with your order number, within 60 days of receipt to initiate the return process.  All returns must include original retail packaging, all accessories and user manual. You will be provided with a prepaid return label but the initial and return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund once your order is received back to us.  

For International Non US returns, please email questions@miamily.com with your order number, within 60 days of receipt to initiate the return process.  All returns must include original retail packaging, all accessories and user manual.
