Shipping
Luggages: We are currently shipping to US, Europe, Switzerland, UK, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and GCC countries.  If you are not in one of these countries, customs duties will be applied and not covered by MiaMily.  We have local distributors in Australia, Greece, Lebanon, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand. 


Baby Carriers: We offer worldwide shipping and ship from our warehouses in Switzerland, Germany, US and China, if you are not in one of these countries, customs duties will be applied and not covered by MiaMily.

Custom and duties fees
Non US and EU customers are fully responsible for all customs duties. We ship to UK from our German warehouse so customs duties will apply. MiaMily is not responsible for these these charges. MiaMily cannot estimate any additional fees that may be imposed by the country of destination or handling companies en route. If a package is returned back to us due to non payment of such fees, a refund will not be issued. Custom tax can range from 30-50% depending on your country.

Warranty
MiaMily warrants that our baby carrier products are free from any manufacturing defects in material workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For the MiaMily lugagge, there is a warranty of five (5) years.  If you are in need of warranty or repair for a MiaMily product, please email us at questions@miamily.com with your replacement request, including a photo of the defected part, your order number, and your shipping information, so we can process your request. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damages caused by the user.  

Returns
We know you will love our products. However, if you are unsatisfied you may return the brand new and unused item for a full 100% product refund within 45 days of receiving the order, and you will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will not refund any items that have been used. 

For US returns, please email questions@miamily.com with your order number, within 45 days of receipt to initiate the return process.  All returns must brand new and unused and include original retail packaging, all accessories and user manual. You will be provided with a prepaid return label but the initial and return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund once your order is received back to us.   We have to right to refuse any refund if we see that the product has been used. 


For International non US returns, please email questions@miamily.com with your order number, within 45 days of receipt to initiate the return process.  All returns must be brand new and unused, and include original retail packaging, all accessories and user manual. You will be provided with a return address and will be responsible for the return shipping.  The initial shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund once your order is received back to us.  We have to right to refuse any refund if we see that the product has been used. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected and confirmed that it hasn’t been used, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  It takes about 7 days for credit to show up on your credit card.
